Compliance — French Plastics Decree 2021-461

French Decree No. 2021-461, in force since 16 April 2021, requires eligible companies to put in place specific procedures and equipment to prevent plastic pellets from being released into the environment. As a plastics manufacturer, Eurostat is directly affected by this regulation.
