For almost 50 years, we have put our knowledge of the physical phenomena behind ESD (electrostatic discharges during the production and handling of circuits) at the service of our customers, enabling us to offer solutions to their emerging and future challenges.
To do this, Eurostat relies on its technical, logistics and sales teams in every country where its strategic customers operate. Together with our support functions, these teams provide international customers with high value-added support.
We are always looking for talented, committed and energetic people to join our head office in Toulouse, our plants in France and Poland, and our other sites across Europe: sales profiles, plastics experts, production engineers and technicians, logistics specialists and more.

“I joined Eurostat 6 years ago as an extrusion setter. After a year and a half in that role, I was appointed extrusion team leader, and at the same time I completed team leader training leading to a CQP (a French professional qualification) in a unit combining extrusion, thermoforming and assembly. After 3 years in that position, I became Extrusion Manager. I’ve progressed much further, and much faster, here than in my previous job. Today I manage a team of 9 technicians and setters. My experience makes me the technical point of reference in my area. Working with our production site in Poland has been a real opportunity in my career. It allowed me to pass on my skills, but also to exchange ideas, because you never stop learning, and you learn from others too.” What Christophe values at Eurostat: “Fast skills development, made easier by training.”

“My current role is the link between several departments, so I need to be very versatile. I manage a team of 7: a transport manager, warehouse operatives and flow operators. My career at Eurostat has spanned different positions in different areas. I joined 6 years ago as a procurement officer, then developed my skills in sales administration. Following the Covid crisis, I was redeployed to the warehouse for 2 years, where I stepped in as manager on several occasions. When my predecessor left, I naturally took over. Knowing the different departments makes my day-to-day work easier. Having held several roles is a real strength in my current position.” What Thibaut values at Eurostat: “When you have the skills, your work is recognised and opportunities are within reach.”

“I joined Eurostat in 2006, and I was the first woman to join the R&D design office. I started out as a draughtsperson in a team of 4. But fairly quickly, my manager placed their trust in me, and I gained more and more autonomy until I was managing my own projects. I officially became a project manager 5 years ago. I love my job because it lets me work with many internal departments and also with customers. The company has given me the opportunity to travel to our production site in Poland several times to train new colleagues. There is a real intercultural dimension at Eurostat, and that is a genuine strength.” What Manuela values at Eurostat: “What makes this place special is the people.”

The principle of equality between women and men, a constitutional value in France since the Constitution of 27 October 1946, states that “the law guarantees women equal rights to those of men in all spheres.”
Eurostat is committed to promoting equality in the workplace and reaffirms its commitment to the principle of non-discrimination between women and men. For many years, the fight against discrimination has been at the heart of our Human Resources policy.
An action plan for workplace equality has been put in place and is regularly extended. Aware of the value of this approach and of the social and economic need for a gender parity policy, Eurostat has carried out an internal survey on gender equality in the workplace in order to identify concrete actions.
