Our technical service covers the entire life cycle of your ESD equipment, from commissioning to keeping it in operational condition.

It handles equipment installation and maintenance, as well as repairs during the warranty period. Range adjustment and inspection procedures for measuring equipment can also be carried out.

A dedicated team services all the equipment we sell, in France and internationally.

How a service job works
1 Your request: tell us the equipment concerned, its part number and what you need (installation, fault, calibration, verification).
2 Diagnosis: our technical service analyses the situation and proposes the right solution.
3 Service: on your site for installations, or in our laboratory for calibration of measuring instruments.
4 Documentation: each calibration comes with a calibration certificate, to be kept in the records of your ESD control plan.

Eurostat is officially recognised as a Prostat Authorized Calibration Lab. This certification confirms our commitment to providing high-quality ESD calibration services that meet the industry’s most demanding standards.
Guaranteed traceability Every calibration is documented and traceable, with a calibration certificate issued in line with IEC requirements.
Recognised expertise As an active member of the IEC TC 101 standards committees, Eurostat applies the latest measurement methods in all its calibration work.
Reliable measurements The checks in your ESD control plan rely on your instruments: an instrument that drifts can wrongly pass non-compliant equipment.
